You should enjoy doing following
Setting and maintaining Material Master Data in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system
Order handling based on agreed lead time and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and manage exceptions
Manage subcontracting material
Manage EOL (End Of Life) liability internally and externally
Monitoring stock value/stock days
Ensuring proper inquiry management together with suppliers Managing liability (handling of special commitment)
Preparing regular vendor precision report
Contributing to vendor evaluation and Business Review Meetings
Arranging special deliveries with warehouse/production
Handling NPI (New Product Introduction) orders based on cooperation with purchaser
Leading Route Cause Analysis for inventory discrepancy and production stop caused by Supplier (5 WHY)
Your job would be harder without having these
Analytical and systematic approach, good organizational skills
Great skills in communication and negotiation, ability to build networks, also internationally and with external partners
Very good English (written and spoken)
Good software-skills (MS Office, Outlook) and preferably knowledge of SAP
Experience with Purchase Planning and Supply Chain is an advantage
Ability to work independently without close supervision
Experience in building strong suppliers relations
Good team player
