We are looking for a new role of IT Manager who will be responsible for the daily operations of the IT department and, together with the team, will
ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of IT systems. This role involves coordinating IT professionals, providing technical guidance, managing
projects, and implementing IT strategies in line with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator within the company,
possessing broad technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operational support for the IT department.
That is, streamlining processes within the IT department and communication with internal customers across the company.
It will ensure efficient project delivery so that our technical staff can focus on their technical tasks while all the administrative tasks of the IT
department are completed.
This person will be the organizational center of the team.
The IT Manager oversees the design, operation, and maintenance of a PC, network, storage, security, and reporting platforms at one or more
ALS locations.
This includes system administration for all platforms (email and voice communications, database, Internet/Extranet, ERP, and BI) as well as all
network, PC, and server hardware.
What you need to bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in IT is advantage.
Advantage is to have 5+ years understanding of PC, server & networking technologies.
Experience with O365 cloud and data center technologies is advantage.
Experience administering and support IT help desk process.
ITIL, Project management and other IT framework knowledge is advantage.
Strategic thinking & organizational skills.
Analytical, negotiation skills
Good team member.
Sense of rule making, compliance, reliability and diligence.
Sufficient verbal English for daily collaboration with USA team.
