About the Role
As a Training Lead, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs that ensure all employees are well-equipped to perform their
duties safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with DP World standards.
You will coordinate the trainer team, manage training documentation, oversee onboarding, and work closely with operational departments to ensure training supports
daily performance.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all site training activities
Deliver onboarding sessions and first-day briefings for new employees
Conduct operational and refresher trainings for staff
Address training needs related to process changes, audits, workflow deviations and internal feedback
Develop and maintain training materials, process descriptions, work instructions and forms
Maintain the operational qualification matrix and training records
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve programs
Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Operational Excellence and customers where required
Ensure compliance with data protection and information security standards
What We Are Looking For
Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
Experience in warehousing and operational environments
Previous experience delivering training or coordinating learning activities
Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills
Ability to motivate and engage employees
Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
Fluency in English and Czech
