Job Content
Analyze monthly standard cost evolution, impact on tariffs and transfer prices
Analyze backflush results on BOM and movement type level and compare to standard costs
Comment production report KPI in terms of efficiency and performance of machinery and manpower
Monitor regularly evolution of overhead expenses and cost drivers
Implement SCM-Controlling to monitor capital lockup of inventory, freight costs development and performance of warehouse processes
Initiate new contribution margin accounting system to make transparent profits on a product family level
Provide purchasing controlling analysis to ensure strategic purchasing effectivity
Build up sales controlling to ensure success of sales department
Do investment calculations and track if assumptions have become reality
Design meaningful KPI for production, SCM, sales, R&D and purchasing
Implement activity based cost analysis to identify and drive potentials for cost savings
Drive new SAP based reports with help of IT department to standardize reports (CO/MM/PP)
Any other necessary tasks as assigned from the direct and indirect report line.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance/ business administration or comparable academic background
Rich SAP experience (CO/FI/MM), at least in latest employment. SAP knowledge is a prerequisite
At least 5 year’ s relevant experience in manufacturing firms, preferable in an international environment in the automotive industry
Excellent analysis skill and problem-solving skills
Passionate and Proactive working manner. Excellent interpersonal skill and good team work spirits
Comprehension of complex data structure and thorough data analyses
Good understanding of tariff and production costs structures
Experience in budgets implementation and controlling
Experiences in Microsoft products especially in Excel (perfect), Word; PowerPoint etc.
Fluent in Czech (or Slovak) and English, both orally and in writing
Leadership experience preferred; Open minded & Accountable
Hands-on mentality and ability to work under pressure.
